I recently took the Power Engineering class 4 Part A course at TFM, which is typically a year-long program, but they managed to condense it into just one month. I was honestly blown away by how well it was done! The instructors were incredibly proficient, making complex topics not only understandable but also interesting. They clearly have a passion for teaching and it shows in their approach.

What I loved most was the balance between depth and pace – it felt like I was getting all the essential knowledge without feeling overwhelmed. TFM’s ability to deliver such a comprehensive course in such a short time frame is impressive, and I left feeling more confident and prepared for the next steps in my career.

I highly recommend TFM to anyone looking to take their power engineering skills to the next level or want to choose it as career– they truly know how to make the learning experience both engaging and effective!

Mike is an excellent instructor—he makes complex topics easy to understand and keeps the class engaging with real-life examples. I did both Part A and Part B of my 4th Class Power Engineering here, and it was a great learning experience overall!

I finished a Six year bachelor degree at the University but out of all the teachers that taught me, I can confidently say Mike is one of the best teachers I have ever had! He is funny but professional, passionate to his craft, well experienced as a power engineer and the best part is I didn’t really feel super stressed! After Friday I can just go with my life and ready to start again looking forward on Monday!

Because of Mike’s superb teaching, I am confident that I will pass my Provincial Exam and will never be a Pencil Whipper in the industry!

Glad I had this opportunity to join the TFM consultants international for 5th class power engineering, at first I was nervous didn't think I was going to pass the course, my confidence was down. Before joining the course. But im glad I had a wonderful instructor Mike Garcia! He was awesome. Definitely know his stuff. And give better understanding of boilers. Way more then the books they gave out. And thank you and the team That put it together much appreciated 👏

The way the course material is presented as well as how the days are set up are very conducive to integrated learning. I personally found a lot of value in it. I would recommend TFM learning school for people who want to take the power engineering course quickly and efficiently. With knowledge and direct work experience from the instructor, Mike, it would be very supportive and helpful to understand how the boiler is operated correctly. I am really pleased to know this vocational school.

The instruction was top notch. Very informative and at times entertaining. Class material was backed up with practical explanations and real world examples. Material was very specific but taught in a way to see how it applies in the bigger picture. I felt fully prepared for my provincial exam after completing the course.

Great way to teach, lots of information to handle, but as mentioned above great at teaching.

One aspect that stands out about the Mike Garcia and staff at TFM is their excellent communication skills. Whether it's through regular updates, or informal conversations, they prioritize keeping everyone informed and involved in the educational process.

A very well thought out course with real life examples and is very equipped with almost every single valve and boiler parts for a more in depth examples.

Very passionate to make sure that his students are not pencil whippers but actually great boiler operators, TFM offers online and in class I would say better to go in class to learn more and have more opportunities to ask more questions.

I very much enjoyed the course my 5th class course.

Recently I had a 4th class course here. Mike Garcia is very knowledgeable and made the material easy to understand. I took the course over zoom and he made it like being in class, making sure everyone online could participate and be involved. I look forward to my next course.

Having zero experience in Refrigeration the RPO course was taught expertly. Came away with a great understanding and had a manageable workload for a 3 week program.

It was totally Amazing! in the sense that , i’m new or zero knowledge in this line of industry/perspective, I learned, understand, how amazing and wonderful what people do in this job to make a safer environment/world to live in..
