Customized Training
Our highly trained professionals can develop technical site specific training programs for either your existing or new plant. Historically the operating staff often have the knowledge gained in the operation of the plant in their heads and nothing is written down. This is not usually an issue as long as these key staff members never leave or retire. These training programs remove the risk of improper operation and associated down time by strategically training your new operators.
Often when new plants are designed they have the newest technologies installed. The in-house staff which are tasked with the operation of the new systems often receive manufacturer training on the specific equipment features but often this is insufficient for the normal operation of these systems. The construction training often misses what the operators need to know, which is how all these systems work together in the operation of your plant. The TFM training program eliminates the confusion during the transition from construction to normal day to day operation by developing a comprehensive training program which educates your operators on the interconnections between equipment and new state of the art equipment.
