Mr. Lou Roussinos boasts an impressive career spanning over 50 years in the boiler and pressure vessel industry. His extensive experience encompasses operational, supervisory, and managerial roles in both Power Engineering and consultancy within the private sector.

Mr. Allan R. Pringle has extensive industrial experience both here and abroad in mining, oil and gas and refrigeration plant operations.

Ray Riopel

Mr. Ray Riopel has been involved in the HVAC air filtration industry since 1986. He is one of the principals of the BC Air Filter group of companies which includes BC Air Filter, Pacific Air Filter, and ROTO-Aire Distributors.

Mr. Riopel continues to be active in the industry and provides quality products and services to commercial, industrial, and institutional clients throughout B.C, and abroad.

Jesse Thorogood – Senior Operation Manager

Jesse joined TFM Consultants International back in October of 2023 as the Senior Operations Manager.  He has a wealth of knowledge earned through his 18+ years of experience working in construction as an apprentice, journeyman, foreman and ultimately site superintendent, estimator, and site-specific project manager for one of the largest electrical contractors in the lower mainland.  As the former co-chair of the Health and Safety Committee for that company, he also has an in-depth knowledge of safe work practices and the process required to develop those proper safety procedures.  He has worked as a manager overseeing the maintenance of one of the largest shopping malls in the country and has keen insight into what is involved with the challenges that arise from looking after and operating large complex facilities, and the teams that are required to do so.  In addition to his technical skills, Jesse has also been a people manager for several years and continues to do so, overseeing our temporary labor department while also providing valuable insight regarding other facility management consulting projects and safety audits. Jesse holds his Canadian Red Seal Electrical certificate.

Interests:

Family, and spending quality time with his wife and two sons, being a musician, attending live comedy and music performances, spending time on the ocean, building/home projects, traveling and enjoying the natural beauty that BC has to offer.

Crystal Araujo – Office Administrator 

Crystal joined TFM Consultants International in the fall of 2023 as our Office Administrator with over 17+ years of administrative expertise. With a knack for organization and a keen eye for detail, Crystal has been a valuable asset to our team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. Her wealth of administrative and management experience spans various industries, honing her skills in time optimization, communication, and problem-solving. Crystal possesses a wide-ranging understanding of business, sales, and accounting principles, and is skilled at managing and thriving in diverse situations or environments on a daily basis. Dedicated to supporting the team and fostering a productive work environment, Crystal is consistently delivering results and contributing to the success of the organization.
