CANCELLATION POLICY

  • There will be no refund for no-show registrants or for withdrawing after a course begins.
  • Following the registration deadline 30 days prior to course start, cancellations prior to the first day of a course may transfer to another scheduled course or receive a 50% refund if reasonable reason is provided in writing. No exceptions to this rule.
  • Preparatory information will be mailed out once registration and payment of fees has been received.
  • Should the course be postponed, refund or re-registration to a later course will be offered.

TFM Consultants International LTD reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course, at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to pandemic related issues, insufficient registration, classroom, equipment or speaker availability and minimum registrant requirement.  We strive to let clients know if a session must be rescheduled or cancelled at least two business days before the session, whenever possible. Only if TFM Consultants International LTD cancels a session, you will be given the option to transfer to a later date up to 6 months from the original session date and obtain a previous webinar recording or be issued a credit or a refund. If the session is offered through our Virtual Academy instead of in the classroom due to BCCDC policies no refund will be issued.

Customer Cancellations
Refund requests made more than 30 days prior to a session will be subject to an administration fee of 30% of the sessions’ price. Alternatively, you may request that the original registration fee be applied towards a future course of your choice. No refunds, credits or transfers will be issued on the day of, or after the session.
